We know when you become a mum you can lose your identity. You can lose your fithess mojo. You can struggle for time. You can feel lost. Soooo……. LETS CHANGE THAT AND GET FUNKEDUP! Bring your little one along with You, there's lots of toys for them to play with!
These bespoke LIMITED PLACE SMALLER SESSIONS will be about getting that sparkle back!
These will be… FUN, MUSIC BASED FITNESS SESSIONS (you can go at your own pace!!) Followed by a cool drink and a chat (we are all mums, let’s support each other)
